By accessing and using the Jus GO mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Jus GO is a wellness ride-hailing platform that connects users with certified healing practitioners for therapeutic transportation services. Our services include meditation rides, therapy sessions, wellness consultations, and mindfulness journeys.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must have the legal right to enter into this agreement

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of Jus GO, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be present at the designated pickup location on time
• Treat healing practitioners with respect and courtesy
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not interfere with the operation of the service

5. PRACTITIONER SERVICES

Our certified healing practitioners provide wellness services during transportation. While we verify credentials and maintain quality standards, individual results may vary. Practitioners are independent contractors and not employees of Jus GO.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is processed through secure third-party providers
• Fees are calculated based on distance, time, and service type
• Additional charges may apply for cancellations or no-shows
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all services

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your ride request before the practitioner arrives. Cancellations made after the practitioner has been dispatched may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations may result in full charge for the service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Jus GO provides a platform connecting users with practitioners. We are not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of healing practitioners
• Medical advice or treatment outcomes
• Personal injury or property damage during rides
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Loss of personal belongings

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the Jus GO app and services belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or practitioners
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of India.
