ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

1. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can request account deletion by contacting us at account@jusgoindia.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

2. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

• Your profile and personal information will be permanently deleted
• Trip history and parcel photos will be removed
• You will no longer be able to access our services
• Any pending transactions will be completed before deletion

3. DATA RETENTION

Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or safety purposes as required by law. Account deletion will be processed within 30 days of your request.
